License and fonts

The collection follows the edbn source-available license. Noncommercial use and evaluation are free; commercial applications and client work require Pro.

Fonts

Instrument Sans and Instrument Serif are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Source kits include the original font revision, checksums, and notices. The Sans print faces are reproducible static instances generated with fonttools 4.59.2.

Rendering

Typst and Typst.ts are Apache-2.0, as is PDF.js, which draws the preview. Documents are rendered on your device and never uploaded.

Accessible and archival exports

The Node examples are validated with veraPDF. For your own documents, validate the chosen profile and review reading order, descriptions, and content with assistive technology.
